Description
What Needs To Be Voted On?
In order to stay in compliance with the Texas PTA, we must vote to approve the following:
- New proposed 2025-2026 PTA budget - this includes line items for necessary spending during the summer in preparation for events happening this fall.
- Change current payment processing system - per the Texas PTA e-commerce policy we must vote to approve a change to the current payment processing system from Cheddar Up to Stripe, which is what we will be using with our new software suite, Membership Toolkit.
When Is the Special Meeting?
The Special Meeting will be held virtually via Zoom on Friday, July 11th at 3:00pm. Per our bylaws, members must be given 10 days notice of the meeting, via email, with the meeting link and the revised budget and require members to register for the meeting at least 5 days prior to the meeting date.
